-> UNIVERSAL SODEXHO, ESS, ARAMARK, TRINITY INTERNATIONAL.

The agreement contains the minimum terms and conditions for staff employed by a COTA company. Most company's do exceed these on a number of points.

The Agreement is based on a number of headings,

Pension's, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Sick Pay, Training, Medical, Redundancy, Medical Retiral and Rates of Pay to name but a few.

All our members upon joining receive a copy of the agreement for their information, this is reviewed and revised copies issued annually.
